Position Overview

The Account Executive serves as the primary Coca-Cola liaison for store managers and owners, responsible for nurturing customer relationships and driving business growth through product sales and orders within their designated sales territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and finalize all sales calls effectively.
  • Promote incremental displays and equipment placements; implement promotional programs and ensure compliance from dealers.
  • Maintain regular communication with accounts, ensuring appropriate inventory levels, managing company assets, and adhering to merchandising standards.
  • Document account activities and communicate them to relevant parties.
  • Transport, replace, and maintain Point of Sale advertising as necessary.
  • Build, modify, and dismantle product displays; ensure product signage is maintained; clean product areas and secure damaged or defective items.
  • Occasionally lift over 50 pounds, and perform bending, reaching, and kneeling tasks.
  • Act as an Ambassador by providing exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel, assisting with inquiries and product location.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of general work experience.
  • 1+ years of prior sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in the food/beverage industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up capabilities.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Ability to create and deliver sales presentations preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record in accordance with MVR policy guidelines.
