Responsibilities:
eTeam is looking for a candidate to spearhead strategic partnerships and initiatives within the Programmatic Operations team. This role is vital in managing relationships with Demand-Side Platform (DSP) partners, fostering product innovation, and shaping strategies for addressability and marketplace engagement. The successful candidate will utilize their extensive knowledge of the Connected TV (CTV) ecosystem, programmatic advertising, and ad technology operations to bolster eTeam's market presence and revenue growth. Mastery of Excel for detailed reporting and PowerPoint for effective presentations is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
DSP Partnership Management
  • Facilitate regular communication with existing DSP partners to promote mutual product advancements.
  • Initiate discussions with prospective DSP partners, outlining eTeam's operational protocols and prioritizing partnerships based on strategic fit.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop a product roadmap informed by sales and market feedback.
  • Prepare presentations and informational materials for leadership to update on DSP partnership progress.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews with DSP partners, working closely with various internal teams.
Addressability Strategy Development
  • Collect insights from internal teams and external partners regarding upcoming third-party identity integrations.
  • Work with the product team to prioritize integrations based on engineering capacity and project timelines.
  • Identify and address issues related to bidstream metadata that are critical for enhancing addressability.
  • Lead initiatives to incorporate contextual data into the bidstream through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop reporting and analytics to demonstrate the impact of addressability initiatives and communicate findings to leadership.
Market Strategy and Analysis
  • Monitor programmatic revenue trends for major holding companies, analyzing the share of transactions occurring through programmatic channels.
  • Collaborate with finance to track agency spending and assist in budget forecasting.
  • Engage with agency partnerships and sales teams to gather feedback on product requirements during negotiations.
Marketplace Strategy Coordination
  • Drive product strategy in collaboration with the ad server team.
  • Work with internal insights teams and external partners to assess eTeam's business position within the broader advertising landscape.
