Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Programmatic. This role will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of our programmatic operations, developing and delivering technical strategies, and building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Help clients launch biddable based campaigns across display, video, social, mobile, and offline media.
  • Technical Strategy: Write and deliver technical strategies and POVs, and oversee the translation of these strategies into final audience recommendations/plans.
  • Relationship Building: Build, maintain, and grow client relationships and client business, including analyzing client audience strategies and working with strategy and activation groups to lead business case development.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with data and technology vendors and internal agency counterparts.
  • Education and Training: Create education materials to keep the entire agency up to speed on marketplace tools and various technologies.
  • Team Management: Motivate and manage Precision's technology team in the creation, development, and execution of programmatic and general media activations, solutions, and tactics.
  • Account Profitability: Support VP/SVP in managing account profitability, identifying, assessing, and implementing strategic organizational capabilities and partner initiatives in a profitable manner.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep technical understanding and problem-solving skills, including a comprehensive understanding of marketing communications and the ability to translate this into developing audience goals, objectives, and strategies.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of digital operations and media technology experience, preferably from a technology company or media agency or trading desk background.
  • Strong background in interactive work, including DSPs, DMPs, mobile innovations, OLV cross-screen, data, and analytics.
  • Experience using or launching data, attribution, or programmatic tools.
  • Track record of building successful client relationships.
  • Strong presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Significant experience in a service, delivery, and/or customer-focused organization is required.
