Position Summary:The Senior Programmatic Analyst is responsible for strategic planning and execution of campaigns for designated clients. This role encompasses both strategic insight generation and tactical implementation, requiring the analyst to independently derive actionable insights and collaborate with Programmatic Analysts for campaign execution. Additionally, this position involves training Programmatic Analysts on client-specific protocols, offering expertise in optimization strategies, and advising on best practices for client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory & New Channel Strategy:
- Engage with and evaluate inventory while advancing channel partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for testing new partners and collaborate with programmatic planning teams.
- Develop tailored solutions, including white lists, custom marketplaces, PMPs, SSPs, and cross-channel strategies.
- Collaborate with platforms, SSPs, and programmatic buyers to ensure precise implementation.
- Address supply issues for both pre-production and active campaigns.
- Oversee quality assurance processes for supply and new channels.
- Partner with programmatic buyers to analyze inventory performance and develop optimization strategies.
- Identify potential case studies for key opportunities and lead their creation with programmatic buyers.
- Establish best practices for inventory solutions and new channels, regularly communicating updates to the broader programmatic team.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of all inventory and new channel testing across Spark Foundry locations.
- Programmatic Operations:
- Collaborate with management to establish consistent processes for utilizing offshore resources.
- Work with offshore management to provide feedback and address needs.
- Maintain documentation, training materials, and onboarding resources across the office.
- 1-2 years of experience with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, verification partners, and other supply platforms.
- In-depth understanding of programmatic planning, buying, and ad tech vendors.
- Strong negotiation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Outstanding communication and writing abilities.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Desire to contribute positively to a team environment.
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring three days in the office each week. All information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.
Compensation Range: $58,500-$88,000 annually. This range reflects the company's anticipated compensation for this role, which may vary based on the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
