Job Overview:

The Programmatic Campaign Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of campaigns for designated clients. This role encompasses both strategic and operational aspects, requiring the Manager to independently derive strategic insights for their campaign portfolio while collaborating with Programmatic Analysts for implementation. The Manager will also provide training to Programmatic Analysts on client-specific needs, offering expertise in optimization strategies and best practices for client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate digital strategies and the rationale behind tactical decisions for each campaign.
  • Manage, execute, and optimize online media campaigns for agency clients, ensuring performance expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Oversee significant and strategic accounts, nurturing client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with programmatic clients through exceptional service.
  • Develop proposals for new client opportunities.
  • Coordinate the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and all necessary documentation for campaign launches.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to generate campaign measurement reports and insights.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on performance, optimizations, and new opportunities.
  • Work with media partners to ensure accurate implementation across platforms.
  • Resolve issues related to pre-production and live campaigns.
  • Oversee the quality assurance process for campaigns.
  • Deliver monthly auditing reports to agency partners and manage billing systems as necessary.
  • Lead and mentor Campaign Managers and Specialists, supporting their development and campaign execution.
  • Participate in client meetings as required.
  • Engage in regular knowledge-sharing sessions to explore new strategies for enhancing campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bid management, campaign management, or digital media operations.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to identify and manage risks effectively.
  • Understanding of both traditional and digital media planning components.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Robust project management abilities.
  • Desire to contribute positively to a team environment.
  • 3+ years of experience managing Display and Video campaigns in DV360 and the Trade Desk.
  • Familiarity with Prisma and CM360.
  • Solid understanding of programmatic media planning and buying.

Additional Information:

This position is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance three days a week. All information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.

Compensation Range: $70,000-$110,000 annually. This range reflects the Company's anticipated pay for this position at the time of posting, subject to change based on applicant qualifications and experience.
