Your Impact

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager of Programmatic Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Programmatic team, you will play a critical role in growing programmatic advertising revenue by leveraging your expertise in ad operations and programmatic.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth
    • Support the Programmatic team in growing revenue through technical ad operations work, including supporting programmatic auction systems, site implementation, configuration, administration, and operations.
    • Assist in managing programmatic functions such as deal setups, pricing rules, ad quality rules, and reporting.
  • Technical Partnerships
    • Lead technical aspects involved in managing programmatic and ad tech partnerships, including identifying issues, conducting baseline investigations, research, and documenting outcomes to escalate to vendor partners.
    • Work with external parties to resolve issues and communicate outcomes, timing, and next steps to internal stakeholders.
  • Ad Quality and Compliance
    • Support ad quality and compliance work to ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.
  • Global Sales Support
    • Assist global sales teams and vendor relationships in managing programmatic functions and ad tech partnerships.
  • Project Management
    • Manage various ad tech-related implementation and optimization efforts to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic ad operations, including usage of Google Ad Manager (GAM) & Google Ad Exchange AdX.
  • Experience in managing programmatic functions such as deal setups, pricing rules, ad quality rules, and reporting with Xandr, Magnite, Triplelift, Teads, Index Exchange SSPs, or other similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of header bidding and prebid.org's prebid.js framework.
  • Support of programmatic ad ops: experience optimizing processes for supporting sales deals, auction system rules, and providing superior customer service to advertising customers.
  • Knowledge of identity & targeting solutions, DMPs, openRTB specs, ad tech engineering, VAST/VPAID, GDPR & CMPs, and/or data science a plus.
  • Skills/program familiarity: advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Google Docs/Google Forms, Notion, Airtable, and Slack collaboration tools.

What We Offer
