Job Overview

Klever Programmatic US Inc is seeking a Head of Programmatic Sales to spearhead our efforts in acquiring new clients and managing enterprise sales for programmatic customers across the North East Region.

Role Summary:

In this pivotal role, you will take charge of driving the growth of programmatic clientele within the North East territory. Your expertise in programmatic media and technology trends will be essential in crafting strategic account sales and revenue plans aimed at surpassing growth objectives.

This position is tailored for a seasoned, high-level individual contributor who will oversee the complete sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract finalization. This lifecycle encompasses client-facing information gathering, proposal development, and tactical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and executing a comprehensive go-to-market sales strategy for key strategic accounts in the advertising, data, and programmatic sectors.
  • Leading the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal negotiation and closure.
  • Delivering both short-term and long-term revenue outcomes.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company's platform and associated products/solutions.
  • Building relationships with senior-level marketing executives through both inside and outside sales methodologies.
  • Developing a robust understanding of client needs and effectively linking company offerings to meet those objectives.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on market trends, technologies, and advancements.

  • Experience and confidence to represent the company while collaborating with CXO, VP, and technical teams.
  • Technical proficiency to engage hands-on when necessary.

Experience Required:

  • BA/BS; an advanced degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 7 years of proven success in exceeding sales quotas, preferably in enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with the online media landscape and its underlying technologies and research.
  • A solid understanding of location/data/intelligence offerings.
  • Exceptional sales capabilities, including the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships.
  • A demonstrated history of success and established connections.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and consultative abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
  • A proven leader with the capacity to identify opportunities, prioritize tasks, and implement effective strategies to convert prospects into tangible business.
