The Human Resources Lead will oversee and manage the daily operations of the Human Resources department, which includes recruiting and interviewing personnel, managing compensation, benefits, and leave policies, as well as implementing organizational policies and procedures. The HR Lead will also be responsible for overseeing wellness initiatives, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) programs, and employee recognition efforts.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of three years of experience in human resource management is preferred
  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable
  • Bilingual skills are an advantage
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational capabilities and attention to detail
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
  • Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all dealings
  • Capacity to engage with diverse populations and cultures with patience and diplomacy
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
