Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the mission of the organization by ensuring high-quality service delivery in all HR functions.
  • Maintain precise and current human resource documentation and records.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of all HR files and records.
  • Execute administrative tasks, including managing the employee database and organizing departmental communications.
  • Handle incoming calls for the HR department with professionalism.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Assist with additional tasks as required to support the HR team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
