Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead and oversee the HR team within the operating unit to ensure effective service delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct stakeholder assessments to inform HR strategies and operational needs.
- Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to simplify and automate HR processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Employee Relations: Represent the operating unit in labor negotiations and manage day-to-day HR operations.
- Employee Experience: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and well-being.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with recruitment teams to optimize hiring processes and workforce planning.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
