Feast & Fettle is on the lookout for an experienced Head of Human Resources Operations to lead and enhance our HR team. This position is vital for ensuring that our production facilities, along with other company locations, maintain a highly engaged, productive, and satisfied workforce.

Collaborating closely with the HR Manager and other department leaders, the Head of Human Resources Operations will strategize and implement HR policies, practices, and programs that nurture our organizational culture, supporting our mission of nourishing everyday life.

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Human Resources Operations

  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a values-centered approach to employee support, initiatives, and programming.
  • Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business objectives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition and retention strategies that support Feast & Fettle's growth and operational needs.
  • Oversee employee relations, benefits administration, HR compliance, and workforce planning in partnership with the COO & Head of People.
  • Act as a steward of our company culture and values, ensuring they are integrated into all aspects of HR operations.
  • Curate our culture daily, amplifying elements that enhance both member and employee experiences, while engaging with curiosity to understand and resolve any conflicts with the culture.
  • Drive the development and implementation of training and development programs that support employee growth and organizational needs.
  • Lead strategic HR projects, including technology enhancements, process improvements, and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications for a Strong Applicant
  • Hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven leadership in HR with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is highly desirable.
  • A track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with HR technology, including payroll software, time tracking, management, and training tools.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive, dynamic, and positive workplace culture.
  • A growth mindset, comfortable with navigating change and leading through it.

What We Offer

Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000
