Position Title: Project Coordination Specialist

Position Overview: We are looking for a Project Coordination Specialist to provide administrative support across multiple offices. The ideal candidate should possess a foundational understanding of Architecture or experience in the AEC sector, although this is not a strict requirement. This role is designed to accommodate part-time schedules, making it an excellent opportunity for students pursuing architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including supply ordering.
  • Manage phone and email communications effectively.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20 to $26.
