Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and account management to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Prospect within client companies to maximize program penetration and identify new business opportunities.
- Research and provide product recommendations to clients, including virtual and physical samples.
- Work closely with clients to create customized merchandise solutions using our company stores.
- Prepare quotes for client orders and coordinate the review and approval of proofs.
- Enter sales orders into our CRM system and coordinate with Account Coordinators to ensure seamless execution.
- Participate in presentations, meetings, and industry trade shows to promote our products and services.
- 3+ years of experience in promotional product sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of prospecting within client accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems and Illustrator/Photoshop a plus.
- Above-average typing skills and effective problem-solving capabilities.
