About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Sales Coordinator to join our team at Clarins USA, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our retail partners, and executing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize retail sales through effective execution of merchandising guidelines, marketing activities, and promotional programs.
  • Proactively monitor stock issues and liaise with store management/warehouse/operations management to solve problems.
  • Provide regular market feedback to management on competition, product movement, brand position, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with market conditions and trends in the field and support the team with new product launch strategy and information.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations at all levels between the brand and the retailer.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports, retail sales, and analysis, and communicate potential opportunities.
  • Align with the sell-in team on the best stock level as per the potential sales of each SKU.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of business experience preferably in marketing, sales, and/or customer relations.
  • Availability to travel 50%.
