Job Title: Global Account Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Account Sales Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida.

Job Summary:

The Global Account Sales Manager will be responsible for driving top-line revenue across accounts/channels while forecasting and budgeting the effects of promotions, GWP, and COOP on margin. The successful candidate will work proactively to manage and grow the relationship and sales opportunities with our accounts in different channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow business and increase sales
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts and customers
  • Forecast and budget sales performance and margin impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze customer performance data and market trends
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to maximize sales and minimize waste
  • Communicate and provide feedback to customers on brand marketing, pricing, and promotions
  • Participate in design and execution of go-to-market strategies
  • Manage and lead a team of sales coordinators and account managers
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of business-to-business sales and account management experience in the fashion industry
  • Experience working with large multi-door accounts and managing complex sales relationships
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to travel and work in a team environment
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business preferred
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory
