Job SummaryThe Outside Sales Account Executive will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, social media prospecting, and other sales strategies.
- Developing and managing a pipeline of prospects to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure individual and company goals are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
