Job Summary

The Enterprise Account Executive is a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding Lightpath's presence in the market. This position requires a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand Lightpath's presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned customer accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team and other departments to develop and present customized solutions.
  • Manage complex RFI/RFP processes, ensuring that Lightpath's responses are comprehensive and competitive.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales training programs, ensuring that all sales team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in developing and closing large accounts.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications and information technology concepts and fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
