About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Ascension Lingerie and Swimsuit LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue across accounts and channels, while forecasting and budgeting the effects of promotions, GWP, and COOP on margin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business and increase sales and product assortment
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and channels
  • Forecast and budget sales performance and margin impact
  • Monitor and adjust customer strategies as business changes
  • Participate in the design and execution of the go-to-market strategy
  • Manage channels and inventory levels to optimize turnover
  • Influence customer sales through strategic promotions, incentives, and advertising support
  • Communicate and provide feedback on brand marketing, pricing, and promotions
  • Maintain brand and product knowledge
  • Manage a team of inside sales coordinators, account managers, and key account managers
Requirements
  • 7+ years of business-to-business sales and account management experience in the fashion industry, wholesale, and ecommerce
  • Experience working with large multi-door accounts
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business preferred
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory
