Executive Account Manager

Vera's Nursery Inc is seeking a highly skilled Key Executive Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Executive Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts by developing and executing strategic account plans
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Meet and exceed sales targets, and report on sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in key account management or sales in the Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing and Hunting industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in managing large, complex accounts
- Experience in the Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing and Hunting industry
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel as needed
