Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at SRS Consulting Inc. as a strategic operations leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the HR technology stack, people data and analytics, process management, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Technology and Data Management
    • Own the HR technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and updates.
    • Oversee people data and analytics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Process Management and Execution
    • Own process management and execution of pre-hire and onboarding processes.
    • Lead the transition of new hires, including paperwork, background checks, and immigration processes.
  • HR Business Partnering
    • Provide dedicated support to HR Business Partners, focusing on HR transactions, data maintenance, and reporting.
    • Support employee data/assignment changes, off-boarding, and staffing compliance.
  • Relocation Program Management
    • Own the relocation program for specific HR client groups.
    • Cultivate an exceptional relocation experience and documentation.
  • Employee Experience and Engagement
    • Enable the best work of others on the team.
    • Anticipate and meet the needs of teammates, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Process Improvement and Simplification
    • Possess a passion for continuous process improvement and simplification of routine deliverables.
    • Implement and deploy HR processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare People reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
    • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
  • Internal Communications and Change Management
    • Support internal communications, including Slack, Email, Wiki, and change management processes.
    • Create and support company-wide communications, such as All Hands and Town Halls.
  • Strategic Partnership and Leadership
    • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Talent, Legal, Finance, IT, Workplace, and Business Operations.
    • Develop seamless processes to support long-term, cross-functional success.
  • People Ops and Technology Strategy
    • Define and execute on the overall people ops and technology strategy.
    • Include compliance, immigration, onboarding, offboarding, compensation and benefits, equity ops, contingent workforce, payroll, and HR systems and technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years HR experience, preferably in a tech organization.
  • Experience in a general or specialist HR function, preferred.
  • Experience building and maintaining desktop resources and quick reference guides, preferred.
  • Experience with immigration sponsorship policies and procedures, preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience applying solid judgment, ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a role where you worked on various projects simultaneously, demonstrated strong time management skills.
  • Ability to perform well independently in an environment with ambiguity and make agile, thoughtful decisions.
