Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the ADP HRIS system to manage employee information, including onboarding, personnel changes, and terminations.
  • Oversee the onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a smooth process and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Manage the I-9 verification process, including documentation and recordkeeping, to ensure compliance with federal immigration regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and current employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
  • Facilitate employee benefits enrollment, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings, while assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Act as a resource for employees regarding HR-related questions, providing guidance and support as necessary.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure company policies and practices remain compliant.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong emphasis on HRIS management, onboarding, I-9 compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in ADP HRIS.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly those related to onboarding, I-9 compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
