Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the ADP HRIS system to manage employee information, including onboarding, personnel changes, and terminations.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth experience and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Manage the I-9 verification process, ensuring compliance with federal immigration regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and electronic, in compliance with data protection laws.
  • Facilitate employee benefits enrollment, including health insurance and retirement plans, while assisting employees with inquiries related to benefits.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies that align with corporate objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Act as a resource for employees regarding HR-related questions, providing necessary guidance and support.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure company policies remain compliant.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong emphasis on HRIS management, onboarding, I-9 compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in ADP HRIS.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly concerning onboarding, I-9 compliance, and benefits.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
