Job Overview

As a key member of the Anthro team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's financial and operational success. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, analysis, and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial models for grants, fundraising, and strategic decision-making, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Operations Management: Lead the operations team, including HR, finance, recruiting, and company administration, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Goal Setting and Tracking: Collaborate with the CEO to set and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring the company is on track to meet its goals.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders, to drive business outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Financial Background: Strong financial background, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, consulting, or operations at a startup.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of implementing well-run processes and systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to hold technical and business team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, industrial engineering, business, engineering, or a related field.
