Chief People Officer

The Chief People Officer will oversee all dimensions of the global human resources functions, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, and talent and performance management. This role will report directly to the COO (Chief Operating Officer) and will be an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform corporate business objectives into a meaningful and impactful HR strategy, enhancing execution and influence.
  • Collaborate with the ELT to establish and implement effective talent initiatives (performance management, succession planning, learning, and career development) that foster employee engagement and productivity.
  • Work with HRIS to enhance tools and ensure consistency and accuracy of HR data.
  • Deliver essential reporting and metrics to confirm alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure that the core values of Hyve are understood and integrated throughout the organization.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all programs and locations.
  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to the ELT to cultivate a high-performance culture and operational excellence.
  • Lead talent reviews and begin to develop critical talent pipelines.
  • Enhance employee performance by establishing clear goals and expectations.
  • Actively engage in creating a shared vision that promotes collaboration within the HR organization, including regional offices and corporate headquarters.
  • Manage a team of global HR professionals, including Plant HR Managers, and serve as a mentor and advisor to Plant-level and Operations leaders.
  • Continuously elevate talent standards, ensuring the recruitment and retention of top performers.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 15+ years of experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years in people leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in leading international and matrixed HR teams.
  • Global HR leadership experience, particularly in a manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise across various HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational efficiency, employee engagement, employee relations, project management, and process implementation.
Salary range: $250-$275K
