Human Resources Coordinator, Manufacturing

Role Overview
The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture by assisting the HR team and collaborating with employees throughout the organization to ensure an exceptional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accurate processing of HR transactions and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR Partners, centers of excellence, and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service and resolve personnel issues efficiently.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for enhancing the employee experience, partnering with the HR team to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Assist the HR team with events, projects, and programs as needed.
- Support HR leadership in formulating and executing management policies related to human resources, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity in handling personnel communications and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related area.
- Strong capability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and interact effectively with all organizational levels as a key point of contact for the HR team.
- Proficient in multitasking and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
