Sales Director

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts for our community, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to drive business growth.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, and lead a team of sales professionals to execute these strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and referral sources to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives, and provide coaching and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Financial Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget, and provide financial analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
- Marketing and Communications: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our community and drive sales, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions, and proficiency in sales and marketing software and tools.
