Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to achieve revenue goals
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and other key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and manage the community's budget to ensure effective use of resources
  • Collaborate with the executive director and other senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the senior living industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with referral sources
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
