Senior Director of Healthcare Professional Marketing

The Senior Director of Marketing plays a pivotal role within PharmaEssentia U.S.A., overseeing the formulation and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing brand engagement among healthcare professionals. This leadership position is integral to shaping the marketing strategy and operational plan for both disease states and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic and tactical marketing plans for healthcare professionals in the U.S.
- Oversee brand development, including the creation and approval of marketing materials and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across Medical, Clinical Development, Finance, and Sales.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess marketing effectiveness.
- Manage the advertising and promotional budget, ensuring accurate financial reporting and expense tracking with external partners.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively engage with various organizational levels and audiences.
- Set annual objectives and development plans for the marketing team.
- Provide continuous evaluation and constructive feedback to ensure the achievement of marketing goals.
- Work closely with sales leadership and training teams to ensure optimal execution of marketing strategies.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with agency partners.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Experience with product launches is preferred.
- Background in Oncology or Hematology is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Black Box products is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in conveying complex scientific concepts and data.
- Demonstrated agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across various functions.
- Exhibits emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and execution capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's regulations and compliance.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% domestically.
