About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Administrator to join our team at Advisor Employee Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our financial advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and service requests
  • Manage client relationships and build strong rapport with clients and advisors
  • Coordinate and follow up on client transfers and updates
  • Prepare client review summaries and other reports as needed
  • Assist with client updates, mailings, and other administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and notes in our CRM system
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Life and Health Insurance License required within 1 year of employment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Work Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-5:00pm, Friday: 8:00am-12:00pm
