Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct software demonstrations to showcase the functionality of our products and services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate effectively with Senior Management, Software Development, Project Management, Sales teams, and other departmental members.
- Support the customer service team by reviewing case records, following up with clients, and managing documentation related to their inquiries and support through remote sessions.
- Maintain precise records of all interactions and activities within the company’s various databases.
- Process documentation for new accounts and ensure timely maintenance activities for existing clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Proactive individual with the ability to quickly learn and work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Previous experience in product training and/or demonstrations is highly preferred.
- Strong work ethic with flexible availability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general computer skills.
- Able to engage comfortably with a diverse range of professionals.
- The responsibilities and qualifications outlined above are not exhaustive and additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.
