Client Services Program Coordinator - Temporary Position

Position Details:

Department: Client Services

Salary Grade: 302 - $33.4880

Work Arrangement: On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Support: Engage in a mission-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality service, emphasizing customer satisfaction, consistency, respect, and accountability. Collaborate with the team to fulfill departmental responsibilities and align with both short- and long-term objectives.
  • Process Coordination: Oversee specialized processes within the program, ensuring all inquiries are addressed and policies and regulations are clearly interpreted.
  • Material Development: Create and organize documentation, preparing data for comprehensive reports.
  • Compliance Assurance: Maintain and document process workflows, desktop procedures, and policies to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Project Representation: Act as a representative for the program on various projects, serving as a liaison within or outside the organization.
  • Communication Facilitation: Enhance communication on specialized topics to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and develop reporting tools to track program performance.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as a connection between Enrollment and other Client Services personnel.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct audits to ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other projects and responsibilities as assigned to support operational and departmental success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in eligibility and/or reconciliation preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience that effectively meets the essential duties of the position may also be considered.
