As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the action, providing exceptional assistance to a designated broker or team of brokers. In this role, you will...
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously for various team members, ensuring all action items are tracked. Draft or revise legal documents pertinent to transactions.
  • Assist in the management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes, including entering deal sheets and submitting completed trade records and supporting documentation.
  • Implement marketing initiatives, including scheduling campaigns, maintaining mailing lists, and generating campaign reports.
  • Design marketing materials and update them as necessary to reflect changes in projects. Maintain property listings across various platforms and update brokers' recent transactions on relevant websites.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and data collection, collaborating with appropriate departments to gather information such as company and title searches, and property details (e.g., financial, marketing, research).
  • Compile market reports and perform basic comparative analyses. Develop pitches and presentations for a diverse range of clients and brokers.
What you'll bring
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate sector with transaction coordination experience.
  • A valid commercial real estate license is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, effectively handle stressful situations, and work with minimal supervision.
