The Client Care Coordinator at CarePartners Living LLC is tasked with the daily scheduling and coordination of Personal Care Attendant and Caregiver assignments. This role is essential in upholding our culture of compassion, accountability, and exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading by embodying the mission of CarePartners Living LLC, fostering meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
- Supporting performance improvement initiatives within the agency.
- Adhering to all agency policies and maintaining confidentiality.
- Promoting safety for clients and staff.
- Scheduling service visits as directed by supervisors.
- Assisting in the client referral and intake process.
- Verifying insurance coverage when necessary.
- Ensuring timely scheduling of visits and assignments.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and a positive work environment.
- Serving as receptionist/operator as needed.
- Collecting client satisfaction feedback.
- Performing additional duties as required.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A minimum of one year of experience in in-home service scheduling is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality regarding client services.
- A valid state driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle, if necessary.
