Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct software demonstrations to showcase our products and services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate effectively with Senior Management, Software Development, Project Management, Sales teams, and other departments.
- Support the Support team by reviewing case records, following up with clients, and managing paperwork related to customer support through remote sessions.
- Maintain precise records of all interactions and activities within the company’s databases.
- Process paperwork for new accounts and ensure timely maintenance for existing clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in product training and/or demonstrations is highly preferred.
- Strong work ethic with flexibility in working hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and overall computer literacy.
- Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of professionals.
