Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate software demonstrations for prospective clients to highlight our offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Project Management, Software Development, and Senior Management.
  • Assist the Customer Support team by reviewing documentation, following up with clients, and managing paperwork related to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping in company databases for all interactions and activities.
  • Process new account documentation and promptly perform maintenance tasks for existing clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Self-driven individual capable of working independently or collaboratively.
  • Experience in product or software training and demonstrations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and adaptability in working hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Effective communication skills with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
