Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate software presentations for prospective clients to demonstrate our offerings.
  • Engage collaboratively with various departments, including Sales, Project Management, Software Development, and Executive Leadership.
  • Assist the Customer Support team by reviewing documentation, following up with clients, and managing administrative tasks related to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping in company databases for all interactions and activities.
  • Process new account documentation and perform timely maintenance for existing clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proactive individual capable of working autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in product or software demonstrations is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and adaptability in work hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Effective communication skills with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
