Position Overview


The Client Care Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily scheduling and management of Personal Care Attendant and Caregiver assignments. This position is essential in upholding our agency's core values of compassion, accountability, and excellence, ensuring the highest levels of integrity and client satisfaction.


  • Location: Orange County Corporate Office
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by embodying the mission of CarePartners Living LLC, fostering meaningful connections with clients and their families.
  • Engage in performance improvement initiatives within the agency.
  • Adhere to all agency policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding client and agency information.
  • Promote safety for clients and staff.
  • Coordinate service visits as directed by supervisors.
  • Assist in the intake process for new clients.
  • Verify insurance coverage when necessary.
  • Ensure timely scheduling of visits and assignments.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Serve as receptionist/operator as needed.
  • Facilitate client satisfaction surveys.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in in-home service scheduling is preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding client services.
  • Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
