Position Overview

The corporate office of Animal Dermatology Group is in search of a Client Relations Coordinator to enhance our team. We seek an individual who embodies the following attributes:

Key Responsibilities

The veterinary Client Relations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our veterinary practices by managing appointment confirmations through proactive outreach to our pet owner clients and facilitating communication regarding appointment adjustments with individual clinic locations. Additionally, this role will assist with antigen processing services and provide support to ADG corporate services as necessary.

Primary Duties:
  • Client service management
  • Outbound communication
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Accurate message taking and appointment scheduling
  • Implementation of marketing strategies
  • Administrative support (data entry, office management)
  • Packaging and fulfillment tasks
Education and Physical Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Experience in a veterinary setting, particularly with veterinary software, is preferred
  • Background in public-facing roles (e.g., restaurant, retail, or service industry) is advantageous
  • Consistent attendance is essential
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Capability to walk, bend, squat, stand, or reach consistently throughout an 8-hour workday
