General Overview

An effective Inside Sales Coordinator is both organized and efficient in their approach. Their primary objective is to cultivate new business opportunities by securing appointments with prospective clients. Inside Sales Coordinators serve as the initial point of contact in the sales process, with their main duty being to arrange meetings with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the company's offerings
  • Identify potential clients from a list of leads and initiate contact through phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Conduct research on prospective clients to generate leads
  • Engage potential clients through cold outreach
  • Pre-qualify leads based on their specific needs
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions with potential clients
  • Update the customer database with accurate information
  • Conduct follow-up communications to confirm or reschedule missed meetings
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and is expected to make a high volume of outreach calls
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey services or products to prospects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, customer service, or a related field
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience; internships or academic projects may be considered
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including Google Suite and MS Office
  • Basic familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD
  • Ability to learn and adapt to position-specific software
  • Attention to detail for document accuracy and completeness
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must work from the corporate office and adhere to regular business hours
  • Availability for overtime as needed to meet project deadlines
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and transporting items up to 25 pounds
