Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform data into practical insights that drive business outcomes
  • Implement the go-to-market commercial strategy in coordination with the Brand Strategy Team
  • Craft promotional strategies to boost sales and recruitment efforts
  • Work alongside different departments to ensure cohesive execution of the commercial strategy
  • Shape field and marketing communication strategies
  • Oversee Events and Rewards programs
  • Collaborate with both commercial and non-commercial teams to meet critical objectives
  • Partner with Marketing and Supply Chain Teams to formulate consumer engagement plans
  • Establish and disseminate best practices for innovative sales strategies across all channels
  • Ensure the GTM team maintains a focus on delivering impactful strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to convert data into effective sales strategies
  • Experience with multi-tier sales forces is preferred
