General Overview

A proficient Inside Sales Coordinator is organized and effective in their responsibilities. Their primary objective is to cultivate new business prospects by arranging meetings with potential clients. Inside Sales Coordinators serve as the initial point of contact in the sales cycle, and their main duty is to schedule meetings with prospective customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings
  • Identify potential clients from a lead list and initiate contact through phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Conduct research on potential clients to generate leads
  • Engage potential clients through cold outreach
  • Pre-qualify leads based on their requirements
  • Arrange meetings between qualified leads and the sales team
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions with potential clients
  • Update the customer database with accurate information
  • Conduct follow-up communications to confirm or reschedule missed meetings

Requirements

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, customer service, or a related field
  • One year or more of relevant experience; internships or academic projects may be considered
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer software, including Google Workspace and MS Office
  • Basic familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD
  • Ability to learn specific software tools as required
  • Capable of reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
