Position Summary – Territory Sales Consultant

We are seeking to hire two (2) Territory Sales Consultants to manage established regions with a robust customer base, generating between $200,000 and $300,000 in monthly sales.

South Region – This area encompasses key accounts in Dallas, Waco, Temple, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and surrounding locations. Our facilities in Dallas and Houston provide efficient service to this territory, which includes Austin, a leading housing market.

North Region – This territory includes strategic accounts in Dallas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Western Missouri, Nebraska, and the Dakotas. This expansive area presents opportunities with limited competition, allowing for substantial sales potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel approximately 9 days each month within the designated sales territory.
  • Engage new clients and expand the customer base.
  • Process orders from existing clients.
  • Manage customer payments and collections.
  • Coordinate delivery logistics and routes.
  • Evaluate inventory levels and communicate promotional offerings to clients.
  • Create sales orders and determine product selections for shipment.
  • Conduct quality control checks on materials prior to dispatch.
  • Participate in monthly sales strategy meetings.
  • Propose new product ideas and identify market trends.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance territory growth.

Our sales representatives typically manage a portfolio of clients who place orders frequently, creating a steady revenue stream that grows over time.

Compensation Structure

This position operates on a commission-only basis, supplemented by a guaranteed base salary during the initial training period. Compensation is structured as an uncapped commission, calculated at 15% of the gross margin generated from sales.
