Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Staff-Up LLC. This role is crucial for overseeing the flow of marketing projects and ensuring timely delivery of all initiatives.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Workfront Project Management Software.
  • Familiarity with internal platforms for consultants and online ordering systems.
  • Strong ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams for effective communication.
Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various marketing projects, including:

  • Coordinating all aspects of Product Marketing, Social Media, and Sales Education initiatives.
  • Overseeing the project lifecycle from initiation to completion using Workfront.
  • Facilitating project briefs and participating in necessary meetings.
  • Opening and processing jobs in Workfront, ensuring smooth workflow and tracking progress.
  • Providing support for team members on various account management tasks.
