Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at PHP Agency Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and coordination, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences from conception to execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, speakers, and sponsors
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for event attendees
  • Assist with event marketing and promotion efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to event attendees and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning and coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software
