Regional Vice President of Sales Leadership

We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to assume the role of Regional Vice President of Sales. This position will provide sales support and guidance to our sales force and offices within the region, driving business growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success, possessing strong leadership and interpersonal skills. This role requires accountability, personal discipline, and the drive to make a difference in the commercial cleaning industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support and guidance to sales teams within the region
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Manage and motivate sales managers, outside sales staff, and inside sales staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales leadership and success in a B2B service sales environment
- Experience selling franchises or similar business development opportunities
- Multi-state, multi-unit management experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to hire, lead, motivate, and train sales staff
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% or as needed
