As an Enrollment and Admissions Coordinator, you will be instrumental in showcasing and promoting our unique educational and enrichment offerings to prospective families. This role involves collaborating closely with our Senior Marketing & Enrollment Department. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire sales process, which includes establishing and nurturing relationships with new families throughout their registration and enrollment journey.

Through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person tours, you will assist families in their quest for outstanding early childhood education. The ideal candidate will remain informed about our diverse program options, implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass enrollment targets, and contribute to the growth of our programs.

Compensation: $28- $30/hr, with additional incentive bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in sales or enrollment and admissions roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Experience in the education sector is advantageous; a passion for education is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining client relationships and managing CRM systems effectively.
  • Familiarity with public and private educational and enrichment programs.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales objectives.
  • A proactive attitude with strong teamwork capabilities.
