Position OverviewAs an Enrollment & Admissions Specialist, you will be instrumental in advocating for and marketing our innovative educational and enrichment programs to prospective families. This role is essential in our Senior Marketing & Enrollment Department, where you will manage the complete sales process, establishing and nurturing relationships with new families throughout their registration and enrollment journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person tours to assist families in discovering outstanding early childhood education options.
- Staying informed about our diverse program offerings and implementing sales strategies to achieve and surpass enrollment targets.
- Maintaining accurate records and relationships within our CRM system.
The compensation for this role ranges from $28 to $30 per hour, along with potential incentive bonuses.
Minimum Requirements- A proven history of successful sales or enrollment experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
- Experience in the education sector is advantageous; however, a passion for education is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain client relationships.
- Familiarity with public and private educational programs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales objectives.
- A collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic.
Full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
