Role Summary

As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will be essential in advocating for our unique educational and enrichment offerings to potential clients and families. This position involves collaboration with our Senior Marketing & Enrollment Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete sales process, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with prospective families.
  • Utilize various communication methods, including phone calls, emails, and in-person tours, to assist families in finding outstanding early childhood education options.
  • Stay informed about our diverse program offerings and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass enrollment targets.
Compensation Package

Hourly wage ranges from $28 to $30, along with incentive bonuses.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in sales or enrollment and admissions roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Experience in the education sector is advantageous; a passion for education is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in maintaining client relationships and updating CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with public and private educational programs.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales objectives.
  • A proactive mindset with effective teamwork skills.
