Key Responsibilities- Admissions Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our admissions team, ensuring that all recruitment and enrollment activities are aligned with our school's mission and goals.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the education market, and develop targeted strategies to attract new students and families.
- Recruitment and Outreach: Develop and implement effective recruitment and outreach strategies to attract new students and families, including marketing campaigns, community events, and partnerships with local organizations.
- Enrollment Management: Manage the enrollment process from inquiry to matriculation, ensuring that all families receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey.
- Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of admissions professionals, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze enrollment data and provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment and enrollment trends, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required; 3-4 years of experience in admissions or a related field, preferably in a private school setting.
- Skills and Knowledge: Proven track record of success in admissions and enrollment management; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze data and make informed decisions; strong leadership and team management skills.
