Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven School Enrollment & Admissions Specialist to join our Senior Marketing & Enrollment Department.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our innovative educational and enrichment programs to prospective clients and new families.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new families through the registration and enrollment into the program.
  • Stay up-to-date with our various program options and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed campaign goals.
  • Grow program enrollment through phone calls, emails, and in-person tours.
  • Support new families in their search for exceptional early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful sales or enrollment & admissions experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus - a passion for education is a must.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and keep CRM systems maintained and up to date.
  • Knowledge of public and private educational and enrichment programs.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
